Moolapie
Hi, I'm trying to edit the file 'gr_init_dx11.lua' to mess with the graphics settings, but when I open it in Notepad++ I just get this garbage: http://i.imgur.com/IH76gDW.png I'm not sure why, I was able to edit the same file with no problems in Ground Zeroes. Help?!
Nolanoth
What were you trying to do? I was thinking about messing with this file myself, but I got no idea how. I just want a permanent way to disable FXAA and use SMAA instead through SweetFX.
Moolapie
I have a crappy PC so I wanted to go in and turn off some of the settings, but keep some of the post processing effects I like on, as I did in Ground Zeroes. :/
Nolanoth
Do you think you could edit this file in such a way it would only disable anti aliasing? Edit: I found the file and opened it up today. It doesn't look anything like the version you have. Edited October 8, 2015 by Nolanoth
Moolapie
Yes you can edit out AA if you want. Watch this: Are you opening it with Notepad++ too?
Deleted4610270User
At the moment this will not work. After 1.0.4.0 patch, replacing this .lua file with an edited version does not result in changes working.
