Obellisk9
So I tried to re-install FO3 and have another go at modding it. Mildly successful the first time, not so much now. It's nothing complicated but for some reason, even after FO3Edit and load order optimization, it will crash before I get to the start menu (also I have Windows 10). Any help would be appreciated. acelogan
Mine started crashing at the main menu loading screen last week, both through MO and vanilla launcher. It was running fine - except an occasional freeze - for several weeks prior. I suspect something to do with a Windows 10 Update borked mine, tho it could just be a coincidence. I struggled all weekend trying to get it working, but to no avail. I'm in the process of completely nuking my install and starting from square one; which is painful considering all the time and effort it took to get it stable-ish in the first place. So far I haven't found anyone else with the exact same problem/experience, but a lot of various loading screen ctds that makes it harder to deduce an overall conected issue.
