'Report a Problem (for this file)' button gone?

There are a couple of (old) files I just ran across with broken links; in wanting to report them, I just noticed that there seems no longer to be a button to report a problem with a specific file from the mod's page.

 

So here are the files that take me to a 404 link:

 

The Baux Custom Race-- the download link seems normal ( http://www.tessource.net/files/download.php?id=2048 ) , but redirects to an uploads page ( http://www.tessource.net/files/uploads/263...e-TESSource.zip ), which is of course 404;

 

and

 

The Rock Atromer Race, which again seems to have a valid download link ( http://www.tessource.net/files/download.php?id=2803 ), but redirects to an upload page -- http://www.tessource.net/files/uploads/221...e-TESSource.rar which is again naturally 404.

 

I assume the files are still on the server somewhere, but I have no way of knowing whether they are, where they are, or whether I should just PM the author and ask him/her to reupload.

The files I named now download correctly. Thanks!

 

EDIT: I was wrong-- the Baux race did download correctly, but while the Rock Atromer offers to download correctly, in actual fact it does not (I get a 0KB or 1KB file rather than the 22MB file promised).
