FiftyTifty
Aye, the title is a bit, uh, unclear. Allow me to explain. For as long as Skyrim's been about, I've had a problem with the LOD over on the sea o' Winterhold; a couple cell's worth of water LOD disappears at a certain distance, leaving a big gap that shows the terrain beneath the water. Turns out I'm not the only fella with that particular bit of LOD being buggered.I've narrowed it down to being in the area of the Wilderness cells @ coords 38,42 & 38,43. Now, the CK has a feature that allows for the generation of a specific chunk. CK -> World -> World LOD -> Debug -> Build Specific Chunk. Now, my question is, how do I find the chunk that the aforementioned cells are located in? I'd rather not have to regenerate the entirety of Skyrim's landscape and water LOD because, uh, time. That shizné will take yonks. Edited October 8, 2015 by FiftyTifty

Wish I had read it before going through what felt like millions of btr files for New Vegas. Mah poor eyes. If I'm looking at this grid correctly, cells 38,42 & 38,43 should be in chunks 23,34 or 22,34. Trouble is, nothing is generated. If I change the chunk to the cells' coordinates and enter 4, 8 or 16 in the dimensions, then the .btr files are generated. But it's looking for chunks, not cells. Blagh. I'll go badger the TES5LODGen lads; see if they have any input on this matter.
