I had the pirate version of the game and downloaded many mods, tried installing manually and by mod manager, the only mods that worked were SkyUI, HD Ultimate Fire Effects, Pure Waters and HD Blood textures, none ENB, retextures, overhaul or any other kind of mod worked, they appeared on my data files and were selected but ingame nothing changed, then I went buy the game, now I bought it and tried doing this and mods still not working, tried installing by Workshop, Mod Manager, Manually and the same mods worked but the ones that didn't work are still not working...
