You can find this in-- "Under the sign of the dragon - Tamriel Resource Pack"http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/24822/.Brausebart says he had extended or enhanced Firespark's flag mod. I don't (yet) know either mod.( edited away editor magic )Hello TesaPlus,thanks for the suggestion, however I have already tried Firespark's flag mod, it doesn't work very well for the intended effect.As far as the modified german one, the site requires registration.Have you seen it?
