Peryite Akatosh and Jyggalag

I have done some reading and replaying of oblivion recently getting a game ready for the new expansion and i was wondering if anyone else noticed the associations of these 2 daedric princes and the primary god of the 9

Peryite is the taskmaster of oblivion -responsible for the ordering of the lower realms of oblivion he also demands that he is worshipped in the likeness of a dragon--also wishes you perfect order in your life as do his worshippers after quest in oblivion

Jyggalag is the master of the so called greymarch which levels oblivion realms to a grey wasteland of perfect order-- in order for them to be made ready for a new incarnation of the particular sphere

Akatosh as the lord of time is the natural aspect of order in all realms even the daedra who came after him as akatosh is the original spawn of the etada who began all time and allowed the other spirits to manifest

and i vaguely remember a serpent devouring an aedra to make malacath the lord of the orcs

but i cant be sure

well i know its all speculation but i was wondering if anyone else had any thoughts on the nature of jyggalag or the relationship between peryite jyggalag and akatosh

thanks

Actually it was Boethia who swallowed Aedroth Trinimac causing Malacath to be made.

According to Wikipedia Sheogorath = Jyggalag. I'm not sure about this. I'm going to do more research and get back to you.

As far as I know, Akatosh and Peryite have no relation.

(minor) SPOILER

If you believe Mankar Camoran, Akatosh and the Nine don't exist, however it is never revealed if this is true.

I don't believe him. I do think the Nine exist.

END SPOILER

Edit: It's kind of hard finding info on Jyggalag. There are only 2 threads on the site that mention him...including this one. The other did just that: mention him.

Im not one of those lore experts, But I know enough to say that the Deadra, and Aedra are complicated creatures (as is often the case with polythiesm) Every Deadra an Aedra have a relation to each other. If you want to try to figure out all of them , you will probly go crazy.

But if you want my opinion on the relationship between Peryite and Jyggalag, I believe they are part of the mechinism that keeps the realm of Oblivion working ( Peryite keeping order and Jyggalag keeping the realm clean)

According to Wikipedia Sheogorath = Jyggalag.

According to Wikipedia, Jyggalag is also a prime suspect in the JFK assassination.

The fact is, Jyggalag was only really featured once in ES lore --- to wit, he was mentioned in the list of daedric princes in the book On Oblivion. BlueDev said that he wanted to flesh Jyggalag out in the future a little bit, but at present time he is a complete mystery.

I did also say that I didn't think that was right. I knew that didn't make much sense. You should stop misquoting me, and put the entire quote. I knew there was no direct mention to him in any of the four games.
