LE Request: Modified Hearthfire Basement Mod

I got a Request for a modification i found rather handy so far.

What i want to request is a similar mod but modified with Doors to More Places and a NPC that buy's and sell stuff.
Mostly Doors to Faction related Houses and buildings

As for the other part of this request.
An NPC that Buy's and Sell's (Stolen) goods
the rest pretty much the same, tons of Mannequin's, Tool's station's, chest's. And no loading doors inside pretty please :)

The Rest i leave to the imagination of the one that makes this request, feel free to add other stuff, like more npc's, decoration's and what not :)
