Pink screen in Skyrim

A few days ago, my skyrim started acting up. I updated my graphics card and when i came back, my save file was corrupted(RIP Merinia) and when i tried to make a new one, I could hear my character moving around but the screen was pitch black. I reinstalled my game and when i made a new save, the screen was covered in pink. I have Live Another Life and the cell you start off in was perfectly fine. It seems to be just the outside that's messing up. When i look up when outside, i can see the sky perfectly fine. I'll put some screenshots below. I thought that it might have been a texture mod being screwy, but I checked and I didn't have any.
