Brimstone: game dev team needed

There is a new game project I have recently started and I need help with. It is a shared-world fps game called Brimstone. It came about from my dissapointment with Destiny. I wanted a shared world futuristic fps game, and I thought it would be the one. However we all know how that went. So I set out with a project in mind that could beat Destiny where it failed: content and story. If I plan on getting this done, I will need a team to help out. If anybody would like to help, remember I am just starting out my studio. I don't really have the money to pay a professional team. So that is why I am asking here on the nexus forums. Us modders make all kinds of cool content without asking for much more than for our fans to enjoy it. Positions I have open are:

Texture artist

Level designer

Voice actors

Music/Sound designer

Scripter/Programmer

 

I currently do a little bit of everything but mostly work on concepts and ui design. The game engine being used is Unreal Engine 3. Tell me if you are interested in working on this project.

Best advice: Give people something that shows that this project of yours has merit. Tech demo, proof of concept, something concrete. You should have the majority of this done either by you or people you personally know before trying to recruit randoms. Yes, you might need quality people to make your project come to life, but you won't get there on vague ideas and promises.
