chjoco15
How do you add music so that you can set it as the music in a certain cell? Where is this folder with the music? Its not in the sounds thing, i don't know where else it would be... gettin tired of "Default", Dungeon", and "Public " soundtracks, id rather put my own stuff into it... P.S. would it be a copyright issue to but other bands music into my mod as the music for the cell?

As far as getting it in game goes, you're pretty much stuck with how it's setup. You can add your own music into the public, default, dungeon, battle folders, and replace, or add to the current selections (have to rename the MP3 file). For more specific, and rather limited cases you can use StreamMusic within a script. But it can be a bit tricky to get working, and doesn't override battle music. In most cases, you're better off just filling the folders with stuff you like, and keeping it to yourself, and avoiding the complicated scripting, and all the legal problems. Sypron
Theres nothing illegal about it. Only sending it would be illegal (uploading). Just whack the music files into the folders under data/ that you want. Dont't delete the original stuff though, you may want it back. And you don't have to rename the songs, oblivion plays them as long as they are mp3. And also, i think oblivion plays music by going "play this song, then move down the list 4 places and play this song" so if you have a certain amount of music, they may just repete 3 songs over and over.
