FaccioneDiSkyrim Posted October 13, 2015 Share Posted October 13, 2015 Hi all,I'm unable to loot certain creatures (like skeevers, wolves, mudcrabs, giants etc) and I found that the problem is the addon Automatic Variants. Just ask because there is an update for that that is not on the same page as the original mod. 1.38 i think is the fixed version. Otherwise are you able to upload your AV patch/esp? I can take a look at it. Thank you for your reply SMB92,no I'm not using Skytest (not even know what it is). I'm just using Automatic Variants v2.0.1.3H (link) and the three "basic" AVs Bellyaches (link) InsanitySorrow (link) and Sounaipr (link).All other creatures not touched by these three AVs works fine. The moment I activate the AVs something get wrong and creatures lose their name plus I can't loot them.You talked about a patch but I guess my version is the last out there :sad: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I do find it bizarre you cant activate the creatures at all now though given its just a retex mod in reality.Guess ill go load up my AV packages and see if i can reproduce it. EDIT - Ah thats right it's a Skyproc job. Well I fired it up and and it works fine, even with all the mods there is nothing I can find that I can't loot. Just wanted to be sure but have you followed the install procedure to the T? cos there is a few things that can go wrong. Even the video but nothing happened.Of course it is placed at the bottom of my loading queue and before launching it I already patched via the java patcher. At this link you can find the AV esp file. If I leave the esp file unchecked I'm able to see creeps name and loot their corpses.As soon as I activate the patched esp file (and put it at the lowest place) there comes the "alternate variants effect" with many kinds of the same monster but I'm unable to see their name nor loot them. SkyTEST caused this on that other thread because of bad edits, the updated version fixed it. I might be able to run the patch for you and just give you that to hipefully solve the problem. SMB92 Posted October 21, 2015 Share Posted October 21, 2015 Oh woops i nearly forgot about you while i was answering everyone else posts. Did it tell you which mods had the errors? What im checking for is what records have been messed up so we can bring them up directly in tesedit on your end and fix the culprit plugin. Edit - that load order is pretty shocking. Upload a copy of all your esps and ill do it by hand. It would be easier than me typing it. Also, try running the patcher with the esp height adjusted races disabled.
