Retexture showing up in GECK but not Ingame.

Hey all, pretty new to the GECK but I've used the creation kit, I've created a retexture for Veronica's Armored Robes and created my unique item, when adding the texture set it shows up properly replaced in the GECK, which is black, however when I load into the game its the default color.

 

 

If anyone is able to perhaps help me out or maybe a more experienced modder could just recolor Veronica's Armored Robes to be black and upload it, that'd be awesome.

Here is some extra information, this is what the textures look like when I'm in the GECK:

Here is what it appears as ingame, no texture change whatsoever, and archive invalidation IS activated.
