Crashes after leaving from prison in alternative start.

I dont get it.
after a 4 month break, for no apparent reason i felt like playing skyrim. I reinstalled the game. I reinstalled mod manager, wyre bash, loot, enboost, TES5Edit, and then a bunch of mods. If you are familiar with the mod "alternative start" it spawns you in a prison in the beginning of the game. You can talk the one NPC in the prison and she will ask you where you want to start, thus giving you the option to start the game in different locations.

however my game CTDs when ever i exit the prison,
i did so many trouble shoots, like i've disabled so many mods to the point to where all i have is

racemenu
precache killer
CBBE
all the skyrim dlc
apachii hair
XP32 maximum skeleton
and then of course alternative start - (for some reason if i disable the mod, the game CTDs whenever i start a new game)

-this isnt the load order. - i have LOOT

I still get the same stupid CTD problem. I dont understand what I am doing wrong.

Did you check Wrye Bash and make sure EVERYTHING is green? Any red mods? Check their file requirements on the right and the ones in red are the masters you are missing. Everything green? You could be hitting the memory ceiling and it needs to be raised, but if you don't have over 100 mods that could be doubtful. Can you post your load order?
