Console Command to Complete All Quests

I haven't used it myself yet, but I know there is a console command to complete ALL the quests (Can't remember what, but that's not the question).

Does anyone know if doing this gives you all the rewards? or just the journal notes?

For example, the Mage's Guild quests would be complete but does the game think you're the Arch Mage and let you 'own' his/her Quarters? Would you get the rewards from the Deadric Quests like Umbra and Goldbrand or just the quest note to say you did it?

If NOT, has anyone who's tried it found a way to still get those ranks and rewards? or would they then be lost forever?

The reason I'm asking is that I'd probably like to create a new character to go exploring in a different style (my first time through was very stealthy, might like to try something less subtle) but I don't really want to work through all the quests all over again.

Thanks all, happy gaming.

It probably wouldn't give you the rewards, as they are generally scripted to the end of quest dialouge, rather than completion of the quest.

You won't get any rewards, and rank advancement probably doesn't happen either, because not all the script commands are on the journal entries. Many are on objects in the game or in the dialogue.

It won't get you anywhere.

Is there any way to force specific dialogue or just start a conversation with an NPC with he console, maybe activate or something. It probably wouldn't work if they're not in the same cell though.

There is a command (startconversation <TopicID> player or startconversation player <Topic ID>. I'm not sure which one), but you'll have to know what line of dialogue it is, the conditions still have to be true... This will probably take almost as much time as completing the quests in a normal way, and isn't 100% safe.

I suppose it's all been said. You could just get yourself most of the quest rewards manually with the console, like additem, and setting ownership of the cell to your own and stuff, but it's probably easier to just do the quests, or cheat your way through them. You could use the console to get the the last quest stage, which will probably be something like: "I have done [quest] and should report back to [quest starter].
