This is a spell that opens up a portal undearneath it's target and spawns multiple skeleton or dremora arms to grab them and drag them into it. The spell will keep the target inside for at least 60 seconds before they emerge as well as have a random effect. Either the target will be dead and reduced to skeletal remains or they will have their health reduced by 50% and will be inflicted with a 200 second demoralize effect.
