why isnt my skyrim stable?

First, this is the subforum for site related feedback and questions - not skyrim. Next time please post in one of the skyrim related subforums.

 

Second occasional lag and freezing is the usual symptom of having many mods loaded, especially script heavy ones, ones that add a lot of NPCs or alter NPCs, mesh or texture replacers can have this effect if you're system isn't handling them well and sometimes mods that alter enough exterior locations can have that effect as well. It generally isn't anything more than a mild annoyance that you're safe to ignore.

 

Oh and one last thing - next time you need to paste your load order try putting it in spoiler tags ( [spoiler ] [/spoiler ] without the spaces) it shortens the post significantly and makes it easier to reply to you.

Lol the question is "why isnt Skyrim stable". That aside, your load order isnt bad, i notice you havent got a bashed patch/merged patch which you mught want to look at doing, but if your freezing up occasionally and your not using ENB you might want to install at least enboost. This will stop you from running out of memory, wrll stop Skyrim from running out, not your hardware.
