My only guess is that it has something to do with this issue I am having with NPC Nif Merge: http://i.imgur.com/gPb80JV.jpg Which I can't figure out how to fix either. Any suggestions? In the end i just made a preset ingame, got up the console and typed "SPF Followersname" and imported.Sorry that im not much of a help, buut bumping this thread may get you some help.
