jigs117 Posted October 21, 2015 Share Posted October 21, 2015 When i put on the nightingale Armor, my torso turns invisible.Hood,Boots,Gloves show up finebut karliah and brynwolf's works fine.I also tested the armor on my followers and it also makes them invisible..I also heard that w2salem.esp causes this so i removed it, still no effect.Something wrong with my armor?? i am using a female custom race btw Skyrim (latest ver)SKSE (latest release)I use ENBoost and memory patch.202 Active plugins/mods. SMB92 Posted October 21, 2015 Share Posted October 21, 2015 Im surprised runs with mods on that laptop, but in any case, are you using a custom body mod that only applies to you and your followers? Might be some sort of coincidence there. If not, you should load tesvedit and see whats editing the nightingale armor. There was some ini settings that made things disappear, related to near distance etc, but i havent had that problem since Oblivion so i cant remember, somebody else might if they come across this post. jigs117 Posted October 21, 2015 Author Share Posted October 21, 2015 my character and my followers are using CBBE. i heard karliah had her own meshes so i guess thats why its working on her.but on brynwolf is using my default male body, i tried switching race to a nord male and the armor still shows invisible.how do i find out whats editing the armor with tesvedit? SMB92 Posted October 21, 2015 Share Posted October 21, 2015 You'd open tesvedit and have all your active mods selected (which is default anyway), go into Skyrim esm and look for Armor, then nightingale. Youll probably find it highlighted red. Ignore that highlight but this tells you conflict, look on right hand side once you click on nightingale andxit will show you which mods edit this in a row. Look at the highlighted rows in the tables. Sounds tedious, but it will make much sense when you look at it yourself :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
jigs117 Posted October 21, 2015 Author Share Posted October 21, 2015 Fixed it!!opened up tesv edit, and searched for nightingale.and there i saw something was editing the cuirass/torso, i deleted that file and its not invisible anymore.
