Can't get face,arms, etc.... when unpacking plparts_battledress.fpk.....Help?

I tried to follow the tutorial that you can change multiple parts posted on NexusMods but when I unpack plparts_battledress.fpk, I don't get only three files and not the face, arm, etc....

What am I doing wrong?
