Hello to everyone,i'm trying to change small features of an existing character,i'm already aware of the difficulties (can't open the file into the toolset aside from the .das with the gff editor)

still i'm just trying to open the save game to change just eye color,it is possible to do it without recreate the character from scratch?

Yes, it's possible to open the .das file with the toolset and edit just the eye colour.

You have to know what value you want to insert, but it's possible.

I'd have to dig around for the information about the exact fieldname to edit...

(I've only done it for hair colour but the process is the same.)

Would this tool do the trick?

Like many similar "mods" (tutorials, really) that one just makes it easier to swap a newly created character's facemorph onto your "current" Warden. Still have to start the new face from scratch in the CC.

I see. I misunderstood the original poster simply did not want to start a new playthrough. My fault.

Out of curiosity, are the values just regular RGB settings or they're specific to the toolset (asked a complete toolset ignorant )?

Values are specific to the toolset. E.g. when I changed my Warden's hair colour it was from the value for "red" to the value for "dark red".

Wow! I managed to find the old thread that discussed this topic in detail, with a screenshot and everything!

See: How to view an mor in the toolset object inspector.

(Eye colour, "Tint" in the Toolset, is the field directly above the one for hair colour, which is circled in the screenshot.)

NOTE: I did have to generate a new character and use DAFR to export the resulting .mor file as a reference so I could determine the colour value that I wanted to use. But I only had to worry about getting that one element the way I wanted it, not the entire face.
