I'm using USKP but I encountered this bug, it's annoying. Here. Activate this and load a save which doesn't have stuck quest(WI02). https://www.sendspace.com/file/bmh06d I'm just too lazy to upload this mod to nexusmods. I do not know why that it seems this fix was not appreciated while still no fix on the internet. Would you please work out the fix again, possibly without requiring a previous save?
