Unable to load multiple DLC's in Creation Kit

EDIT: For what it's worth I reinstalled Skyrim and the Creation Kit with no Mods/SKSE/TSE5Edits and it works correctly. I doubt it was a spelling error from the instructions below with as many checks, copy/pastes and Creation Kit re-installs I did so if I had to speculate it might have been the TES5Edits cleans I did on the expansion masters.

Trying to get back into the swing of modding and have come across a problem.

When trying to load Multiple DLC files in the Creation Kit it is giving me the following Assertion:

Then the following Warning:

http://i593.photobucket.com/albums/tt17/TharlieR/SKCWarningCrash01.jpg

...before the Creation Kit crashes after selecting 'Yes to all'

I have ALREADY tried adding the following lines to the Steam/SteamApps/Common/Skyrim SkyrimEditor.ini file:

[General]
sLanguage=ENGLISH
bAllowMultipleMasterFiles=1
bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1
and
[Archive]
SResourceArchiveList2=Skyrim - Shaders.bsa, Update.bsa, Dawnguard.bsa, Hearthfires.bsa, Dragonborn.bsa
...and still get the same errors listed above.
Am following this thread as well with no success
Notes:
  • In addition to the above I have tried adding Dawnguard.bsa, Hearthfires.bsa, Dragonborn.bsa to the SkyrimEditor.ini under:
[Archive]
SResourceArchiveList=Skyrim
SArchiveList=Skyrim
  • Skryim/SKSE are installed through Steam and game is running great with a lot of mods (Unofficial Patches, RealVision ENB Package amongst others) Cleaned .esm's using TES5Edit, LOOT sorted with no errors (don't see how mods should affect loading DLC in the editor...maybe the cleaned .esm's?)
  • I've tried loading all or even just one of the DLC's in the Creation Kit and it's giving me the same or DLC appropriate error messages (this includes with and without Skyrim.esm, Update.esm checked along side them)
  • YES I am able to load up the Creation Kit fine with just the Skyrim.esm and my mod selected as an active file
  • Using Win10 but doubt that makes a difference
  • I have triple checked spelling, spaces and even copied the full .ini from someone else as a last resort
  • Tried reinstalling the Creation Kit, and re-updating the SkyrimEditor.ini

I've spent the better part of a day trying to Google or find out a solution without luck and would appreciate if anyone recognizes the problem or has some insight.

Thanks.

Are master files in the right load order? Also I know I once had the same problem where I thought a did everything right, but when nothing would work it turned out that I did something wrong, or had a few typos. The best thing to do is start over and set everything back to their default settings, then type everything again and make sure it's all in the correct order, and that there are no potential typos.

Appreciate the suggestions pyrotx.

The Load order is:

Skyrim.esm

Update.esm

Dawnguard.esm

HearthFires.esm

Dragonborn.esm

I have tried reinstalling the Creation Kit, and reinserting the .ini lines multiple times (even copied from others on some attempts) so I doubt I've messed it up in all those tries (though you never know :) )

Am about to reinstall base Skyrim...with no mods and try from scratch...which is pretty disheartening as I spent far too much time installing my ENB and multiple other mods :sad:

Thanks for the response none the less.
