CTD Whenever Fast Traveling.

Hello, I have recently came across a problem in which I CTD whenever I attempt to fast travel.

 

As for my system, I have an i5-4460 at 3.2 GHz, 8GB of 1600 RAM, r9 270x with 2GB of GDDR5, and Windows 10.

 

Skyrim is located at C:\program files(x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim.

I'm running whatever the latest version Steam has, along with the High Resolution Pack.

I'm also using SKSE(Skyrim Script Extender),NMM(Nexus Mod Manager), and LOOT(Load Order Optimization Tool).

Now, for a longer version of when and where I encountered this.

 

Once upon a time, or two days ago, I was running around, doing Thieves Guild work. After completing my two jobs, I remembered that I was to deliver something for Tonalia. So, I enable the marker, and head to Markath. I then locate the guy, and bring him the Moon Sugar. All was well, until I opened my map, and clicked on the "Yes" button to return to the Thieves Guild. The loading screen opened, but then I was back to my desktop. At first, I thought nothing of it, so I shut off my PC, and went to bed. The next morning, I tried again and the same thing happened. So I tried again a few times. Still wouldn't work. So then I ignored it, and decided to play other games for a while then ask here. So now I am doing just that.

Well there has been a number of reports of the game glitching out around the thieves guild quests. You might look up some posts on it and see if any of the info is useful to you

I will look at some, but I don't think it's specifically from the Thieves Guild as I can't fast travel anywhere.
