Timtation
A lot of the time FOMM would crash any time I would enable Project Nevada, I can't seem to replicate the crash now so I can post the log, but it still gives me an error when I try to enable it, AFAIK it gives the same error when I try to put FOOK in as well. I have a few simple mods and they all already work flawlessly like a weapon mod expansion, fellout, etc, all of these work fine. I've even done an uninstall and deleted everything and did it over again, to no avail. Another odd thing is that if I do a manual install of Project Nevada it still doesn't work. I have NVSE up to date and functional, etc, there aren't even any errors, it just simply plays like it was never installed. Heres the log for when I try to enable it via FOMM System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Users\Tim\AppData\Local\FalloutNV\plugins.txt' is denied. at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath) at System.IO.FileStream.Init(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, Int32 rights, Boolean useRights, FileShare share, Int32 bufferSize, FileOptions options, SECURITY_ATTRIBUTES secAttrs, String msgPath, Boolean bFromProxy) at System.IO.FileStream..ctor(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, FileShare share, Int32 bufferSize, FileOptions options) at System.IO.StreamWriter.CreateFile(String path, Boolean append) at System.IO.StreamWriter..ctor(String path, Boolean append, Encoding encoding, Int32 bufferSize) at System.IO.StreamWriter..ctor(String path, Boolean append, Encoding encoding) at System.IO.File.WriteAllLines(String path, String[] contents, Encoding encoding) at Fomm.Games.Fallout3.Fallout3PluginManager.SetActivePlugins(Set`1 p_setActivePlugins) at Fomm.Games.PluginManager.ActivatePlugin(String p_strPath) at Fomm.MainForm.lvEspList_ItemChecked(Object sender, ItemCheckedEventArgs e) at System.Windows.Forms.ListView.OnItemChecked(ItemCheckedEventArgs e) at L0ki.Controls.ReordableItemListView.OnItemChecked(ItemCheckedEventArgs e) at System.Windows.Forms.ListView.WmReflectNotify(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.ListView.WndProc(Message& m) at L0ki.Controls.ReordableItemListView.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.ControlNativeWindow.OnMessage(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.ControlNativeWindow.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.NativeWindow.Callback(IntPtr hWnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr wparam, IntPtr lparam) I'm sure it must be something stupid I've forgotten to do but I can't think of what. schlangster
Sounds like a permission problem? Though I can't really tell you why that would happen... maybe re-install FOMM at a different location.
Timtation
Huh, so I'm positive it's a problem with FOMM now, although I think it's odd that a manual install wouldn't work for it, either, but I guess in the scheme of things that's irrelevant. When I try to reinstall FOMM in the default location (Normally install it in the NV folder) everything is fine, till I open it, and it claims there's an error, except when I look at the log, it hasn't logged any problem except the previous one? I have UAC and all that off, I dunno how it could be permissions. Should I try an earlier version of FOMM?
Timtation
Fixed it miraculously by just setting up FOMM in the games folder, not a single problem. I have no idea what caused it, but that fixed it.
