Cant cook my mod, because files wont get loaded

What that Mod SHOULD do is disable the necklaces on both Triss and Yenefer - but it just doesn't load. Can anyone help?

After ModKit update "basedir=" should point to directory where whole uncooked game is, while "-mod=" to uncooked mod (mod assets after importing).

also it helps to move Witcher 3 Mod Tools outside of Program Files folder instead put it directly at C drive so the path is

C:\Witcher 3 Mod Tools and move the actual Witcher 3 game folder to C:\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt as well.
