whay does this kinda thing always happen to me!?

waz up i just got Shivering Isles and im totaly confused (as always) but enough of me how about you? well i dont care really so on to my question: why does bethsda always stop me from getting cool looking armor? (i.e. the golden saint & the dark seducer) is there a mod to enable this? similar to the dremora armor enable. and if not where can i find a newer version of the CS so i can do it yourself? oh and i cant seem to log in to TESsource any more. i dont think i got banned i havent been on it for a couple of weeks.

 

so if you got answers to this or any question that might happen to pop up into your head i have many seats for the little seeds of smartness you might give.

You can find the new CS here. As for the Golden Saint armor and Dark Seducer armor, there is playable stuff, but it's all I say (don't want to spoil anything).

Because they want to be able to have certain NPCs look the part without giving them good gear... A demora in iron or steel wandering the planes of oblivion wouldn't look right. That and they need something for modders who are bored out of their minds to make playable. In general, they don't care about the player looking cool (vanilla oblivion as is is almost unplayablke in 3rd person), so spend all their efforts adding animations, meshes, shaders, and other stuff to make NPCs look cool.
