Random invisible wall textures

So I recently decided to play new vegas again, and I had no problems until I walked into the Kings impersonation building.

I saw one topic online where someone had a problem like this and had to fix it by reinstalling the entire game, I am kind of hoping that someone knows a better way to fix it. I reinstalled NMC's texture pack and it had no effect. I am not using an ENB because I couldn't get it to work with the 4gb exe. Any help would be appreciated.
