dcarpent36
I have to say I have been modding Fallout and Skyrim for years. You folks do such an awesome job on mods, I love replaying the games. Thank you for your time and efforts. On to my issue... I have never really had a problem in the past installing mods...My games had all sorts of mods running with no issues. Well... I got a new computer with windows 10. very few mods work at all. Its not crashing or freezing, Its just seems the NMM doesn't actually load the mods even though it says they are loaded. Body replacers, for instance, its like the textures are missing. Mods that do not have an .esp do not work... and a few of those work half the time...for instance My veronica replacer... from the neck down is new mod... but her head is vanilla with the hood. Is there an issue with Windows 10 and the NMM not seeing correct path? I noticed when I manually downloaded the mods and looked through the files, the DDS files look different. I have reinstalled the game, reinstalled NMM, even reverted computer back to factory default and started over.... same thing happens... the textures do not seem to work. I am not computer literate so if there is something I need to do to NMM to get it to work with Windows 10, I am missing it. Thank you for your time. luthienanarion
That has nothing to do with your OS and everything to do with archive invalidation not being applied by NXMM. Toggle it off and back on in the options.
