Hey guys!

As the tittle is saying, Im struggling to access my mods ingame. Nexus is telling me that the mods are activated, some are even working, like fast travel mod, but I cant seem to access them ingame. I would like to see the mods options, to adjust them and stuff. ESGO would be my main preference, but...well...its not working and im going crazy.

Already checked the main menu options...hell I checked everywhere...guessed I messed up something with the install...

Would appriciate it if someone could point out some tips how to solve this problem of mine, thx in adcance

Game is 1.10

Are you utilizing either Missing Localization Fix or Custom Localization Fix? For any mod that inserts changes in Options (for the HUD), one or the other is required. In addition the use of Script Merger with one of the two Localization files , otherwise the menu's will never show..

Download and install Custom Localization Fix then run Script Merger...would be my recommendation assuming you have not done so already.

Thx bro, after like 45 minutes of trying, managed to solve it. The problem was that i didnt copy the localization fix's bin to the w3 dir. bin and it didnt overwrite my previous f.ck ups. Next time when i start to mod, I will go one by one, instead of dowloading 15 mod at once :D

Always the way to go. TW3 modders are usually pretty good at the install instructions.

I'm faced with the same issue. I have done the merger, put the localization bin in the main directory, and as far as I know I don't have any previous files since I just started modding the game. I'm not using to many mods and only had to merge two of them. Any other brain dead reasons I may have missed or things I may have messed up that would cause the menu not to show? I'm sure it's a simple problem, but I'm a simple person. lol

Edit* Just as a side note, several mods are working, but ones that require the access to the menu are not. Except for the "Gear has no level restrictions" mod. It's not working either, and I have no clue why.

I had minor issues with Level Restrictions also..try giving a lower priority number in Mod Settings (lower the number the higher the priority for loading) that worked for me. Am sure you tried this but have to ask did you merge the bin or copy and replace?

  • 2 months later...

Sorry to revive this topic but I could not find info on this problem much of anywhere. I have done exactly as instructed and yet I see no "Mods" menu in-game to configure my mods that have settings. I have checked the merger and uninstalled all mods except for the ones that require custom localization fix to work properly and I see nothing new. Anyone have a suggestion for me? =(
