Freezing in Morthal

So I decided to try a zombie survival styled playthrough of Skyrim, and it worked well until I reached the marshes.

At any point in the marsh, the game can freeze.

And I don't mean the kind of freeze that only lasts a few seconds, but an unending one.

Help would be appreciated.

Can you post a papyrus log with a spoiler tag? Also if you arent using ENBoost, then that area could be running you out of memory in Skyrim, if on Ultra or even High settings.
