Does anyone know the mod that renovates the Lucky 38 penthouse and adds some NPCs, especially a weapons master who makes custom weps? There were also some NPCs in the dining area and a few servants also. I thought it was FOOK but have that installed but see no change in the penthouse. Thanks in advance.
