iSleggo
I am making a Fallout 3 (Tale of Two Wastelands) roleplay and use the GECK (modding kit) to make minor modifications to allow for a better experience ... this includes restoring the NCRCF (just one room, for certain scenes). My issue lies with lighting up the room ... the room needs to be completely lit up and, although I have tried many times, I cannot seem to find any bright lights (I have tried ambient lights, basement lights, shack lights). I would appreciate some help.
Ladez
Lighting is a tricky thing to get right. You'll have to do a lot of resizing and repositioning if you want things to look good. The brightest lights are those that are named kicker, with key, fill, ambient following in decreasing amounts of brightness. You can toggle light boundaries by pressing L on your keyboard. Try and have a look at the lighting tutorial on the GECK wiki: geck.bethsoft.com/index.php?title=Bethsoft_Tutorial_Lighting

I finally understand how lighting works ... as well as I need to understand it, at least. I really appreciate it, Ladez.
