JessicaKavanagh
so I've been doing some research and it looks like it's most likely being cause by AMD Catalyst Control Center's Catalyst Ai taken from How to disable Catalyst AI with the latest CCC slightly simplified open the Profiles.xml file located (by default) in C:\Users\<YourUsernam>\AppData\Local\ATI\ACE\Profiles.xml, you can find Appdata by searching your system for %appdata% which will take you to it's roaming folderFind <Property name="CatalystAI" value="Enabled" /> and change Enable to 0 and saverun the MOM.exe file which should be located in: C:\Program Files (x86)\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Core-Static\MOM.exe then restart your PC and you should be set. I have found other posts about this fix that state you should also open the ___GlobalProfile.xml (found on same directory) and look for the "CatalystAI" entry and set it to "1" I was put onto this because textures in my game were randomly turning black(despite being fine at the start of the gameing session). I'm not 100% sure if this has solved my issue be everything seems to be running a heck of a lot smoother now Edited November 5, 2015 by JessicaKavanagh
