LE Script, Gaining pickpocket by running around unarmored. More inside.

Hello.

Recently i started working on my own plugin for SPERG.
This plugin gets rid of pickpocket tree and introduces Unarmed which ATM looks like this:

Im still looking for ideas but my question is if someone can help me introducing script similar to ability to gain heavy armor / light armor skillups by running around wearing those armors.

Instead i would like to get pickpocket (unarmed in my plugin) skillups while running around with only clothing armor.

 

Or at least point me to tutorial that would explain how to create something like it
