Freeze during startup with ENB

Hi! So I've been trying to make a new modded game and after a bunch of crashes I finally made it work...
But only without ENB, because when I have ENB enabled the game starts up and runs just until the menu screen comes up and then it freeze, audio still plays and task manager says "not responding"

Here's my load order, there might be something I could fix but I've been scratching my head so I appreciate any advice.

The ENB in question I tried to use is New Generation.

I tried to use both wrapper and injector to see if there was any difference, which there was not.

 

Edit #1: I forgot to add that my suspicion is that it's a memory issue, I have the 4gb enabled.

 

Edit #2: So I've changed the load order and the list is updated. Installed all the mods from scratch. One by one... 3rd time I guess:P and I must have done something different because it seems to work now. ENB works, using wrapper method at the moment and it works fine. I will still appreciate tips for my load order if it seems lacking. Load order is an art right? :tongue:
