Screen color bug

[Russleworth]

For about a week now, I have been trying to resolve a particularly annoying glitch. All the color in the game is faded out. It all looks black and white and down right ugly. I have looked into the topic and seen that lots of people have said to reload a save, but if I reload my save I would lose dozens of hours of progress. I am certain that it is not an issue coming from any of the mods that I am using. I have also done a complete reinstall of the game to no avail. Does anyone else have this issue? Does anybody have a solution?
