Need help with GetItemByTag() and GetItemNames()

im making a gwent card mod and i need an array that contents all the cards the player already had.I find out that i can use "GetItemByTag()" and "GetItemByNames()" but i dont know what's need to import to use these commands.So pls help,thank you so much
//If you have another way to get and put all the cards that the player already had in an array,pls tell me .TY
