WMM and MCM are not showing

Hi guys! I ran into an issue with MCM for NV. The problem is that after installing NVSE I installed MCM and Weapon Mod Menu and MCM doesn't show at all in my pause menu and WMM doesn't let me mod modded weapons from Nexus. WMM is necessary in that case or else game will crash :/ I also checked if NVSE is installed and it is working fine. I need help with this :/

 

Mods I used were: MCM - http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/42507/

DEagle Weapon - http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/56745/?

I also tried using UIO but it didn't worked.

 

NVSE shows that its version is 5 after typing "getnvseversion"

.esp files appear in both data folder of NV and NMM plugins section

No errors show in game. I installed every mod with NMM toggling archive invalidation on
