You've posted this in the DA: Inquisition forum.

 

Is that what you intended? 'Cuz you can't "import" a DAO or DA2 save to DAI at all. You need to build the World-State you want in the Keep.

There is no way to import saves from legacy games directly into DAI, so why not just use the Dragon Age Keep? That's what it's there for (creating world states with specific criteria for import into DAI), and with exactly the level of granularity in your request.
