fornarch
I just downloaded the new CS yesterday and I was wondering if it is full of bugs or something? I downloaded it 3 times just to make sure. I was making a mod in the older version of the CS and now it doesnt work in the game after I made some changes in the New CS. I even tried making a completely new random mod with just some random items placed here and there and not even that showed up in the game ( yes I had it checked in the data files before the game start up)...I also noticed that the new CS wouldnt create .lip files for sound...... If it is the new CS does someone know a site to download the older version?

So you won't be able to modify a file that you made or edited with CS 1.2. I think that's how it works. Read the release notes (readme file) of the 1.2 CS for the exact details. -V
Abramul
See http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Tes4Mod:Mod_Manag...g_Official_Mods I believe the procedure is the same.
