Parkillous
Can someone do this http://www.tessource.net/files/file.php?id=7811 for oblivion?
Marcus Wolfe
Well, I'm too lazy and stupid UNEDUCATED to do this my self, but somebody should doit. I want to see hundreds of NPCs in cities. 92% of teens have moved onto rap. If you are part of the 8% that still listen to real music, copy and paste this into your signature. I want to see hundreds of NPCs in cities.I'm sorry if this seems like trolling...(It isn't, honest. He just so happened to be the one posting), but you're wrong again. This has to be your most outlandish claim so far. If you added hundreds of npcs in Oblivion, the game would be even worse than a slide show. The game probably wouldn't even load. The reason rts games can get away with it, is that the npcs have sh*t graphics. Did you ever look closely at one of your minions? Oblivion just couldn't handle it, not with these graphics. Parkillous
You know it doesnt add hundreds in one cell at any given time... only a couple, but they rotate, so it is a new 2 or 3 every so often... because they are merely travellors, passers by, but it adds something different constantly... Povuholo
Ninja_lord, it IS possible. Like Parkillous said (And the description of the mod he linked to should also be clear), you wont see those 100 npc's in one cell. Of course not! In Morrowind those npcs disappeared when you left the cell and were replaced by others. But in Oblivion there's better A.I., so they could actually travel. This mod is a little close to what you want, but they are only merchants and they are on the roads, not in taverns and cities.
Parkillous
Yeh I know of that mod, but I would still like the one I mentioned implemented into Oblivion... because it not only gives a sense of internal travel (oblivions roads), but of inter province travel. If the NPC's added also had dialogue that spoke of happenings in the other provinces, this would further enhance the immersion... "maybe we arent alone in this world, maybe there is actually something out there other than generic loot lists and dull AI... perhaps i should go to skyrim.." lol. What Im trying to say is that, well, you know the feeling of wonder and curiosity you get when looking off into the horizon as you are held back by the invisible borders of cyrodiil... well a mod like this would enhance that feeling.
