Weird black dots instead of shadows outside with ENB

What I tried:

 

-installing DirectX2010 and restarting the computer

-changing SkyrimPrefs.ini:

[Display]

-disabling Detailed Shadows in ENB GUI

-updating drivers (all were up to date)

-in ENB GUI under Environment changing AmbientLightningCurve values to as minimal as possible (0.10)

-trying Feather ENB FULL and LITE (ENB version 279; screenshots, first was taken with FULL and third with LITE) and also Opethfeldt ENB (ENB version 236) with the author's SkyrimPrefs.ini file tweaked to fit my screen resolution and graphics card

 

 

Details about my computer are attached as an .txt file made with Speccy.
