modded new vegas crashes on startup instant black screen

hey guys i recently decided to play new vegas again and well updated my nexus mod manager sadly it uninstalled all my mods that i had installed so i used FOMM to check what mods i had on my last save file.i installed the mods i had before and when i try to startup new vegas i get an instant black screen and the game crashes here are the mods i have installed.
