AceGoober
From what I can tell from the E3 demonstration, Fallout 4's character creation is a bit more granular than what it is in Skyrim. It seems that there are many more options to choose from which is a feature I like a lot.
TaranTatsuuchi
Lack of seeing the sliders could maks it difficult to recreate your characters for playing the other spouse... At least, if we can't save them or go back in the restroom and change after being able to save...
DreadedKat
It's similar to the Sims 4 Create-A-Sim
yunage
Maybe this will grow on me in time. For now though, I feel they shouldn't have fixed what wasn't broken. At the very least they could have given us the sliders in addition to the face sculpting tools.
DreadedKat
A lot of people didn't like sliders and this new system gives us more control on what we want to change

Zem
The only reason to miss the sliders is being able to re-create faces you've used before. If there's a face import/export feature in this one, I missed it. They definitely need one. I like the new face sculpting interface in general. It's pretty easy to use and intuitive. And Bethesda has FINALLY given us a face editor with decent lighting and a good view of the character. Still, needs import/export. Every one of their games eventually gets modded with a better character editor. You'd think Bethesda would finally take the hint. Also, it's a bit annoying that your character keeps fidgeting while you're trying to select a region on the face. Some of them are difficult to select. It's also not immediately obviously how MANY customizable items there are unless you mouse over the entire face inch by inch. It's easy to miss something. An alternate means of selecting the region to modify would be nice... like a list box on the far left of the screen.
