Mod Questions

Hello there my name is Motoko, I have had an idea for a mod for ages (before you get me confused this isnt a mod request) which is to create a comprehensive overhual of how damage and armor works and reacts with eatch other and plays out in game, to explain what that probably not so descriptive and confuesing thing I just said means I should probably first explain what I am trying to achieve.

Now I have had this idea for years but seeing Fallout 4 kinda inspired me to give it another look, I want to make damage more realistic IE 1 bullet to the head is death, a couple to the torso will also have the same effect, while dramatically increasing the overall effectiveness of armour making in very very important, at the same time as increasing the speed benefits for not wearing armor and increasing the speed restrictions for wearing armour dependent on its type, I also wanted to make diferent types and calibers of ammo have a more pronounced effect on there usefulness, so for instance hollowpoints cuasing bleeding to unarmored or lightly armoured targets while literally breacking on impact of heavy armor having 0 effect what so ever.

So to sum armour up in a nutshell someone wearing power armor for instance would be a walking tank soaking up damage like a boss, untill an enemy gets some AP rounds then that power armored goon just soiled there suit becuase there power armoured buddy to the right of them just took 3 shots to the chest and is now swiss cheese becuase it didnt stop the bullet at all, however becuase they went straight through they deal less critical damage unless say for sake of arguement in the head, they would also have no damage over time becuase it left no shrapnel in the target.

Ok now to the questions

1) Is there anyway I could drematically increase the effectiveness of armor without decreasing the effectiveness of weapons? I have been messing around with the DT stats of armor however they seem to get to a point where it cant increase any further, this means once I have non armored damage high enough I cant get DT high enough on armor to counter the increased damage from bullets therefor rendering armor useless.

2) Is there a way to make changes in damage based on the bullets used and not the weapon its fired from ? I ask this becuase then this would maximise 1 realism, meaning the only benefit to diferent weapon types of the same ammo would be there diference in acuracy, resiliance etc, 2 it could potentially maximise mod compatability becuase moded weapons using the same ammo type would have the same effects applied to them, meaning it would be easier to patch weapon mods as I would simply only need to change each weapons damage of each ammo type to the mods preset damage and thats simple.

3) I know Fallout 4 is comming and all, but would anyone be interested in helping me with a project like this ? lmao if no yeah I toatally get why XD
