Female Skulls <-> Female parasite suit swap?

Hey, forgive me if It is really apparent. But i have next to nil experience modding, and i successfully applied the play as quiet mod and was wondering, is there anyway to have a 'play as female' skull mod?

 

As in to have it so that when i pick the parasite suit on a female FOB operative, i instead get one of the female skulls you fight when recovering Code talker? Thanks in advance.

I saw the mod that allows you to play as the female skull if you use Big boss, I guess a more accurate question is how would i go about doing this but with a female operative's parasite suit?
