Pay NPCs to work for you

Got another mod idea and it could be a potential add on for Companion Share and Recruit. You essentially pay any NPC to do the following.

- Go to the nearest store to pick up items for you

- Take your regular and enchanted equipment to a blacksmith or mage for repairs and recharging respectively

- Have them work in your homes as butlers/maids (1)

- Cook some of your food items (may need to make this an add on for some cooking mods)

- Do fetch quests for you (2)

- Take some of your items and put them in storage (3)

- Bring a previously recruited NPC to you (could be an add on feature for companion mods like the one mention above and CM Partners)

(1) There is some potential roleplaying elements for this one, combine this with some romance mods and you have yourself a love story between master and servant. Some mods like this already exists such as Madmole's Romancing of Eyja but they're usually made with custom npcs in mind

(2) This one might be harder to implement. You pay an NPC to fetch a quest item so you don't have to get it yourself. Having the NPC travel directly to an area to get an item might be too much work so if it's possible, have a duplicate of the item spawn on the NPC after a few days and then have the NPC give the item to the player through dialogue.

If possible, I'd like to have this feature work in probabilities where the amount of gold you pay the npc determines the probability they'll successfully obtain it or not. For example, paying the NPC 100 gold means they have a 10% chance of obtaining the item

(3) This one might be complicated too. You essentially have an npc deliver your items to a container located inside of one of your homes. The question is whether it should be put inside of an existing container or if the mod should add a new container to the player's homes. Probably could make this an add on for cobl luggage since that makes a chest spawn in the player's homes.
