All NPCs missing mouth texture

All characters, regardless of gender, have bright pink/purple mouths. I assume there's something happening with Fallout Character Overhaul, so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, paying close attention to the overwrites, but I didn't see anything that could cause it, since it only tries to overwrite Robert's Male bodies. It appears that this is the only glitch I have right now, so before I set to actually playing this game, I'm going to try to get this sorted out-- it is undoubtedly something simple that I've missed!

 

This is my load order, compliments of LOOT. Any ESP not activated, I've marked with a strike thru.

Speaking of LOOT, I've relied almost entirely on it for my load order. It seems to be doing a good job, but of course if you see anything totally wrong let me know
