Seriously, yellow, orange and red. The problem is, I'm color blind and some colors blend togather, blues and violets, light greens and yellow, light browns and black, dark reds and browns, dark browns and black and most important in this situation, yellows and orange! Under [interface] there's iHUDColorB=21 iHUDColorG=255 iHUDColorR=18 but I'm quite sure that changes the colour of the entire HUD and not that of the answers. I'm not colourblind but I agree with OP.
